Not a lot of sympathy for someone who joins to complain about something he no doubt knew about up front. It sucks anytime I have to cancel a reservation. Not necessarily the money, but having to cancel the trip. I make sure I can live with the canx policy before I make my reservations. If I have to cancel, even for an emergency (life/health), I don't complain about it... it's not the company's fault I got sick or injured. Policy is a policy. As soon as exceptions are made, then there is no more policy.
