Revenge is mine, says the buffalo herd...

I also got stuck in a bison herd on a motorcycle. For me, it happened in Custer SP in SD. I just sat there and took some great photos of Bison at about 1 foot away. One Bull stopped right next to me and looked at me. Talk about a pucker moment.

LOL! Been in herds in both Custer and Yellowstone. It is awesome and somewhat frightening at the same time. The first time we were in Custer we were photographing from the "safety" of our little Datsun pick-up. A baby decided to sow it's oats and started ramming our tire until mama called him away. Made for some great pics but it was a bit unsettling.
