It would be tough to get an adapter for the various hose sizes you may run in to. If possible you could carry your own hose and unscrew the hose at the dump station to clean your tank and then screw it back on for the next RV'er. Most of these type of adapters require you to use a screwdriver to get the adapter tight on the end of the hose.
For Those times when the hose doesn't have a fitting-
I don't have a rinse connection so I use the water from the freshwater tank to fill the toilet bowl and flush it several times this gets rid of the stuff still in the bottom of he tank and in the sewer hose. Once I close the tank valve I then put about 2 gallons of water through the toilet into the black tank. This will slosh around as we travel and break loose anything stuck to the side of the tank. I then use the hose at the dump station to rinse my sewer hose when I'm done dumping the tank. This has always worked well for me in the 40 years we've had RVs.
