I don't know what his actual title is. But when I called about a few items missing after we bought our 3 years old at the time, with no warranty of any type. I called and was willing to pay for the items missing. He said he would call me back. He never did call, but about a week later UPS delivered a box with everything I asked for. No bill inside or invoice or anything, just little stuff the orginal owner never knew was missing. Button snaps on kitchen cushion, Drawer handle, little plastic strip that is on slide, etc. (little stuff) Have your VIN number handy when you call.
People on NW web site told me contact him. While I'm no longer a member of that forum, because the thought of $10.00 to use a forum didn't sit right with me. But it was worth it (to me) to find out what other problems people had that I might also have. (And I posted that when you posted on here you were finally getting it home). I signed up for one year, that was enough for me. Doug Mann name is all over posts. He is contact person for customer relations is the title I would give him. Some try to contact and never get through, others say he answers e-mail within 2 weeks. I just picked up phone and called. He answered, more less take my order and that was it. Stuff showed up on my door step.

FWIW, I feel the same way about the idea to have to pay to join the NW forum. Aint gonna happen.
