When my last Ford was newish I had a wheel fall off after a rotation and needed to be towed late at night. Talked to the Ford service # which told me to pay for the tow and I would be reimbursed. Had it towed to the Ford dealer I got it at and come Monday started to try and get my $ back for the tow. Months later I still had not seen it after numerous calls, I gave up. So take the manufacturers coverage with a grain of salt. Hopefully Dodge is better at it.
