I don't see the value in the service. It used to be difficult to find the right help, but now you can just Google it and find a tow service or tire company or a wrecker. As long as you can pay the bill if necessary you can self insure. I'm 36 and I have never needed road service yet. The 18 years of premiums I have saved will pay for service if I need it.
