We've had Coach-Net for quite awhile, and a number of incidents including tows that would have cost up to $1000 out of pocket. One feature I particularly like with Coach-Net and have used a number of times, is the 24/7 tech support for the coach appliances. Our cost is about $120/year and well worth it in my opinion.
Years ago we had Good Sam's rebranded ERS plan when they were using Cross Country for their call center contractor and was not pleased with the service we received. When they switched their contract to the even lower rated Road America, we switched to Coach-Net. Now that Good Sam is using Allstate as their call center contractor, I'm comfortable in recommending them as a second choice.
