Don't need roadside assistance for flats and minor stuff. I can do all of that as well as bearing, springs, etc on my cargo trailer. I am talking about a major breakdown. One long tow (a couple hundred miles) out of pocket would be ridiculous. You could pay for Coachnet or other one for years
Maybe, unless it never happens and you are just throwing away cash, or you find that Coachnet doesn't have anyone in your area and are stuck figuring it out yourself anyway. I have seen so many stories that they never show up, don't have anyone available, send the wrong type of tow truck etc. But the money you would spend on premiums over the years could be stashed for such an occasion and under your control. Anyway, call them and ask them your questions, do your research and make an informed decision. Some people have had good experiences.. But these companies are in the business of making money, largely because the premiums received far outweigh the odds of having to actually provide any service. To each his own
