Triple AAA has provided me with excellent roadside service at very cheap price. No complaints so far. Cheers

Totally agree with your opinion!!!!!!! When you are broke down on the side of the road is NOT the time you want to try and find a tow truck that you have no information about. With GS road side assistance, I just pull out a card with a phone # on it, tell the agent where I am and what the issue problems are. The agent has a list of tow truck businesses in your area and they call and the truck is on the way. I don't pay any $$ up front, GSRA is billed. As an example, one of my towing service calls cost $1200 and another one cost $1000 and no cost to me:)

Make arrangements your self, pay for it your self and then give the bill to your agent and wala they send you a check before the credit card statement is due!

AAA has been amazing for us. The DMV service alone makes it worth the price. Its funny a kid bought a quad from us. He loses the pink slip a day later. So we have to meet him at AAA to get him a new pink.

He enjoyed the experience so much that he became a AAA member that day!!

My experience with State Farm Road Service... YOU call for help... YOU pay the service call... YOU file a claim for reimbursement... State Farm looks for a loophole.

I think your location plays a role too. Most of them do pretty well when you're near a metro region, but that's not where anybody goes to camp.

The roadside assistance game feels like it's kind of all or nothing to me. You either need to just skip it altogether and self insure, or you need to sign up with multiple carriers to try to make their spotty coverage overlap.

None of the options seem great to me.

I forgot to add, that in 2017, Wife and her sister were stopped at a cafe, because the car started to stink. Car would not restart. Coach net said they could not find anyone anyone to help here, and if thy sent someone wife would have to pay for the tow beyond 200 miles! Fortunately they saw a small shop down the hill, who looked at it the battery was about to explode replaced it with an Interstate that failed the next year. I nthe past the old Coach net, we had them send someone to rescue us at a camp ground on some lake from Rogers, Arkansas a two hour plus drive. The only facility that would or could. Customer first is what we pay for and that is what we should get but when the same group of people own all the services then their is no competition and Customer be damned.
We did not even bother ti cal Coach Net or Good Sams this last time in Arizona.
