Roadside Assistance

Not sure if this is the right spot but when I paid for my Roadside Assistance this year the letter said I wouldn't be getting a card. Do I have to remember all of the #'s or what. I am kinda old school would rather have the card. Just kinda confused. Thanks Rich

    I just renewed GS... they sent me a card by email, which I can print off. But, the number remains the same if you have the last card.

    Don't you have your existing card? The member number doesn't change when you renew...

    Yes, I'm sorry we have GS. We have used them for about 15 years.

    If your roadside assistance is from Good Sam, the number will most likely be the same as your GS membership number.

    Which company. We decided that since we are locked down due to the Covid situation, we live in Canada not to renew until we get the green light to travel across borders!

    We were using GS !

    I would think that the old card will have the same numbers and you are no doubt in their database . You have to phone in order to use them anyway and they will have all your information in their computer!
