If people want to transit NYC, for instance, once in lifetime in an RV, you're going to have to deal with it or choose another route.
For commuters they can choose to participate and benefit if they like.
Technology allows for a lane to be outfitted with a credit card machine to simplify the process for occasional users rather than the black hole the process, not technology, causes.
