I can't believe the number of people attacking the playing of music, regardless of volume. Why is music the test case? We hear people talking and laughing beyond the limits of their own sites. We hear children playing from beyond the limits of their own sites. We hear dogs barking from beyond those limits. This holds true even for barking dogs INSIDE the RV. Yet somehow music can't be tolerated beyond the confines of the originating site. It's ridiculous and hypocritical. The style of music has nothing to do with it.
Unless you exclusively boondock, you are going to hear things from your neighbors. Too bad. If you don't like it find another park. It'll probably have noise too.
Neither music nor any other sound should be allowed to infringe excessively on neighbors by being at an extreme level. I can't imagine music at a volume of 2 or 3 being a real nuisance to any fair minded person. Opera, classic, heavy metal or anything else should not be a problem. Barking dogs, out of control kids or loud mouth adults are all way more objectionable, IMO.
