The variables are the exact reason that all outside music should NOT be banned. Too late, yes. Too loud, yes. All of it all the time. No way.
Personally speaking, the barking dogs are way more annoying than music played at a reasonable volume. Those of you who leave for the day and the dog stays behind in the trailer are fooling yourselves if you think those dogs don't bark or that they can't be herd outside.
