Rockin' out (I guess)........how much is too much?

my 2cents.
walk a couple of sites out and make sure music/game can't be heard.
if my neighbors are out, ask if they can hear/is it bothering them.
re:leaving my dogs while I leave for a bit. check with the neighbors to see if
the "kids" are continuously barking while I'm gone. have heard a suggestion before about leaving a cell phone number with the neighbor. give me a call if they continue to bark. a dog is gonna bark. if the barking is continuous I'm
going to have to leave him at home.
