Since everyone is guessing I will to…. We can tell nothing about the TV and little about the TT except it has 3 waste tanks… 1 over the axles and the other 2 behind the axles and a extended rear platform and rear mounted spare… the 2 rear tanks appear to have enough bulge to them, maybe causing significant under loading of the tongue…
Maybe he asked here about rear loading before and got the old, sure it’s ok I do it all the time routine…
