If you run generator and run roof air is it less costly than running dash air and can dash air keep 40ft. motorhome cool.

If you have the rearmost roof vent open the vacuum caused as you drive will pull out the hot air that convection pushes up, that then draws the cool air from the dash down the back to replace it.
It works very well on my 24' C, and fathers and friends large class A's as well.
