Have open in the wind, rain, wind and rain, anytime no rain comes in, lids don't rattle. - Pangaea_RonExplorerWe were camped at Lincoln City, OR a few years ago in 70mph winds. They had us put our old Class C between 2 large Class A's in the RV Park to try to keep us on the ground. I thought that the roof vents were going to leave the MH. I kept plastic platters and duct tape ready to replace them if they blew away. That would have been an adventure!
We then installed MaxxAir vent covers and the problem went away. - olfarmerExplorer II
