Rotator Cuff problems

and, camping in an RV.

every time we leave, I start to get sore arms. I couldn't figure it out for a while, then realized everything is UP. The dishes and food area mostly in cabinets way above my head. The curtains..I have to lean over the couch and tables to get to them, and the windows. A couple of windows, I've moved things to get as close to them as possible. I've started using a "reacher" for some things, but some are too heavy for that. So, I'm getting a bit better, but still a small problem. Anyone else find this happening?
  • just had mine done ,two months back, therapy is the most important part, just yesterday had my check up ,no more store therapy now do it at home, walk your fingers up the door hold for a ten count ,twenty times a day , reach up to the sky shake your arm and move it about while its in the air , DOC SAYS MOVE IT OR LOOSE !!!!
  • Take this for what it is worth. A number of years ago I could not move my right arm at all without major pain. I told my BIL and he said that I should try the Q-Ray bracelet, not the knock offs, so my DW went out and bought me one. I had suffered with this for months. I put the Q-Ray on my right wrist with the magnets on the top of my arm in the afternoon, when I woke up the next morning I had full mobility and no pain. Is this a miracle, I don't know. Is it in my head, I don't know. But I never take it off and I have never had any pain since. My BIL is the same. Just my 2 cents worth. Macktee
  • GF has problems with her left shoulder......she's left handed.

So I got her a three step 'step stool' so she could reach things easier.

    I'm such a good BF :B
