Barney's Link. Read that, 2-5 times. The WDH transfers some weight from the truck's rear axle to both the truck front axle and a smaller amount to the trailer axles. The more ball tilt/angle, the more distributed. The fewer links under tension, the more weight distributed. You only have 8 links under tension, which seems low. Combined with little hitch head angle, I would say there is little to no weight transferred off the rear axle.
