Running CPAP Without Utilities
How do you operate your CPAP machine when not hooked up to power? Please be specific if you have found a way that works; particlarly when boondocking for several days Thanks.

During the day, I run the generator long enough to recharge the batteries, run the AC, use the microwave, etc.

Only one CPAP here and my two T105's don't even show a reduction in charge overnight and I use the humidifier and a heated hose. My usual 1 hour generator run in the mornings for coffee and a little TV tops the batteries off again. Works for me.- Thanks everyone for the info. Some good stuff. - I use a battery pack from the same company that makes the CPAP. Hooks directly to CPAP. Cost was $200. Lasted about 2 nights, then I charge it up with my generatotor. Next I purchased a GOAL Zero 400 lithium generator. I c@n run my CPAP 5 nights. Cost was $500. Plus I can use the Goal Zero for other thing# also. If you use a lead acid battery be aware of the gas that is discharged when you charge it and also very heavy. Lithium battery weight 10% of lead acid. I purchased a 50aH Battle Born lithium battery and it weighs 17 pound. I will run my CPAP FOR 5 days. Cost $525. Lithium battery do not discharge ant gas when charging. Battle Born batteries are guaranteed for 10 years. The best lead acid battery May run 3-4 years.

My son uses a Jackery 1000 for his Dream Machine. It uses 6% of a full charge for one night. He also has the optional portable solar panel to charge it. He has a cigarette lighter type power cord that plugs right into the 12V Jackery port.
I was going to suggest a Bluetti, I knew there were others but could not remember the names, Jackery is quite popular. They are expensive but some of the larger ones would run the CPAP and an electric blanket for days on end, especially if you used a portable solar panel to top it off during the day.
