Shouldn't be a problem as long as proper clearances are given for exhaust and intake. I've run ours from my truck bed lots of times and one time ran it as I drove. I wrapped the power cord around the tongue to keep it tight to the side of the trailer and up over the tail gate and to the generator. Drove home 70 miles like that.
