It should be OK if you manage loads. Monitor voltage and the temperature of the 20/30 adapter. Run elec. water heater when the air conditioner is not on. Same with microwave. Converter charger draw should be low if the batteries are fully charged. Laptop should be under 75 watts-most are way under that at this point.
I think the 20 amp will carry simultaneously the AC, the laptop (or LCD TV), the fridge, and the converter charger if the batteries are charged. But monitor.
