My rv I can "Break out" one A/C and run it on 20 amps, I can also Break out one converter and run it on 20 amps (I have 2 of each) ... Or I can run most everything else (Save the 2nd A/C) on 20 amps..
My suggestion, Plug in for at least a few hours BEFORE turning on the A/C, Fridge off or locked on Gas, though you may be able to run it as well.
When I had a sticks and bricks I ran 1 A/C, and the Television and converter on 20 amps much of the time.. Or I could swap the microwave for the A/C. This worked when it was just me in the RV (My "Ham shack" is in the RV) when I added wife she wanted to do things like vacuum (NOPE) or use power in other ways that exceeded 20 amps fairly quickly.
