I was thinking about using it on our camper's roof mounted dome dish .... my thinking was it might shed road grime and such to the point that I don't have to get up there and clean it as often .... in talking with a friend who has used it, he says it work to shed water but does leave a white film .... now I can't help but wonder if the film might have an impact on signal reception
