Flush. Don't be skimpy on the water. I had the pleasure of repairing my 34-year-old black tank recently. It is squeaky clean inside - no build up of anything. TP will dissolve in your black tank like it does in your pipes at home. I have strict rules regarding anything other than TP like baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, small animals, etc.
