I was turned away from a park located on the east side of Austin (near the county fairgrounds) because of my rigs age, it's a 1994 Holiday Rambler. It was a shame because it wasn't an expensive park and it was very convenient to a consulting project I was working on. I have a photo of my RV in my profile and it's not a trampmobile. As for me, I'm a semi-retired geologist. I believe I'd be welcomed back at any park I've stayed at. The story does have a happy ending, I found a better and less expensive location that worked out just fine.
