RV Antifreeze or Regular Antifreeze

i just put regular antifreeze in the tanks and P traps. Is that a problem? what is the difference?
  • 1) see above
    2) tanks don't need AF
    3) spend more time on here, reading
  • No No on the regular antifreeze -

Automotive antifreeze is highly toxic, and can cause death to people or pets if it is ingested, even in relatively small amounts.
  • What tanks are you talking about? Problem with regular antifreeze is that it is toxic and needs to be disposed of properly.
