Rv back to Keystone for repair, anyone have experience?

We have had our unit back to a factory for service ( not Keystone ) if you can arrange to go get it I would do that you would get first hand knowledge of what they have done, our factory went over the whole repair in detail and even showed us a few extra things they did as well. Make a trip out of it as there are plenty of camping spots and things to see in the area.
