RV clubs focused on Folk/Roots/Americana music and festivals

Does anyone know of any RV clubs or groups that tour the country, stopping at music venues or festivals featuring folk, roots, or Americana music?

Hi, We stayed at the Stephen Foster Folk Cultural State Park on our way to the panhandle in Florida this past February. It was our first time there. It is located near White Springs. It was a beautiful park dedicated to Foster. There is a bell carrion that rings throughout the day. There is a museum with a collection of old pianos. There was a music /folk art event going on. Outside the gift shop was a singalong of Foster's music . And there was a schedule for the year of all the cultural, folk and musical performances, events and festivals. There seemed to be different groups there participating in the events. It was a very pleasant stay and we would have stayed longer but had reservations at St.Joe's State Park.

Unless you're a full-timer or have a LOT of vacation time I don't see how you could tour the country and go to concerts. Perhaps just a one destination place would work better.

The Crocked Road is definitely on our list, especially since it is only about 400 miles from us. Thanks for the note on Mountain Music Trail. I will look into that.

With similar interests, maybe we could meet up sometime?
  • FMCAs tour operator sometimes takes groups to Nashville.
