How much does the cut away behind the seats compromise the integrity of the 'passenger rated' cab?
The only passenger rated motor home I know of is a bus (pass rated) -prevost- newell,$$$$$$$$$$ ?
I agree with willald- tow veh and trailer is by far safest, even a class C witch is second best ,has all kinds of stuff the will come apart and clobber you in a event.
