I'd like to have someone show me a link to the a RIVA document implying/saying or otherwise talking about seat belts installed in Class C RV coach seating positions NOT HAVING TO MEET some kind of industry or government safety standards. (Of course probably not all RV manufacturers are a member of RIVA and/or follow RIVA construction standards.)
FWIW, I'll bet that some states (at least CA and NY) require RV seat belt anchoring in RVs that either, meets some State standard, or meets some Federal standard. I'd find it very hard to believe that it's "buyer beware" regarding coach area seat belts in RVs.
