RV for Camping, Traveling and as a Bug Out Vehicle ?

Our coach is always filled with gas when we return to town from a trip, as well as propane. I don't keep the fridge on between trips, so fresh food would have to be added before a quick departure. We always have some canned goods and some clothes on board until it is winterized. In season, we could be ready to go in less then an hour. Out of season, would probably be closer to two hours. We have used it as a refuge in one power outage.
