I don't know where this guy "LindsayRichards" gets his info since he never posts his references, or even if "LindsayRichards" actually exists or if he's the invention of some Oil Company PR Flak, but here's the testimonial of a guy who claims to be an actual Fisker owner:

... that burned was sabatage by the owner looking to sue to collect money (fact) and two other small instances were faulty wiring on a cooling fan being corrected now
The Karma was produced wit 100% private funds only and the DOE loan was for Fisker to retool the old Saturn plant in Deleware to produce the new "Atlantic" in the USA-this is progressing now
I have owned a Karma forfive months and it is the most phenomenol automobile I have ever owned which includes Bentley, Mercedez, Viper, Aston Martin
The new Atlantic at around $50,000-55,000 will also be a fantastic car--nothing on the road looks like a Fisker and nothing performs like it either--I am getting over 1000 (yes 1000)miles per gallon in town by recharging once each day and I am enjoying every minute of it These are the honest facts
