RV Fuel Issues & Prices - Post 'Em Here!

I thought, and this was years back for property along the MO & Miss rivers, that if they built on the flood plain, that the insurance would pay them "once" to build elsewhere or if building on the original lot, no more flood insurance?
I think this is how it should be for all areas, give one shot then you are done.
years back I was looking at property on Tiki Island near Galveston. finally backed out due to flooding risk.
