With labor costs in the developing world 1/10 or less than that in the US and for practical purposes zero environmental / safety regulations any other conclusion is illogical and is fueled by wishful thinking devoid of the facts. No one pays $50K / year when $5K labor is available and so willing that they will literally die for that job and do.
