The Interior Department on Friday issued a final plan to close 1.6 million acres of federal land in the West originally slated for oil shale development.
It is starting already. The excuse is damage to the prairie grouse habitat. Solar and wind will be permitted although both have much bigger damage to the habitat. These will never be built due to horrible return on investment.
