Yes, the free market when left alone, will usually pick the cheapest and best product. I noticed that article was from 2008. Probably too expensive to obtain. The American technology of fracking and horizontal drilling for oil and natural gas is thriving around the world because it makes sense. Hopefully this American Technology will continue to be used here.
