So basically you are saying the DOE is doing their job? Move on people nothing tho see here..................
Well we will be pursuing better and newer energy courses for the future.
Once the infrastructure for NG in rural areas is installed the price will go up dramatically. With all the fracking and such we will gain in market share with others in selling it to China, thus regaining some of the cash of ours they have. With our current plans of 56MPG we won't need much oil our selves.
I might say it would be even better if they mandate a lower MPG for all cars existing then things would move forward faster.
