Up in Willits California every even numbered year summer they have a Sun festival where everything is sun powered, the bandstands at the picnics, the cars, etc., everything, including the race cars at the local airport drag races, and the electric cars always outdrag the gas cars. Bring your RV or tent because there's no hotels or motels from Mendecino to Ft. Bragg, at least. You get to see all the latest equipment.
Willits is where Americas post-oil future will be determined, not Bakken, which will soon become just another blasted moonscape devoid of life and humanity.
Seems like Green is growing. Fiat now is introducing an EV. range 80 miles recharge in 1 hour.
