I looked at that very hard and finally decided it was a weather station rather than a power producing windmill. It was right at the front of the frame and hard to tell. I thought it might have been some kind of power generator for the battery to operate the camera, but that seemed really useless with all of the internal combustion going on around there. I have seen weather stations like that, but they usually have rain gauges and a tower for signal sending. A couple of AGM batteries would have done the job for the whole project which is less than a couple of months. Really neat video I thought and the total foot print was about that of a truck stop or strip mall. It's not like Texas is lacking in scrub country that an acre less would hurt. The water (cubical tanks) was hauled in stored and then recycled to the next project.
