I just found out today that the fiscal cliff deal had a one year 50 cent per gallon equivalent gallon CNG deal in it which is bringing the price down to 99 cents per gallon of diesel equivalent. The was a tiny part of the $12.8 BILLION wind subsidy. This should give the category a boost although, I don't believe in any subsidies of any kind. The free market does a much better job of picking winners and losers.
