National Avg tonight for gas 3.73 Up 43 cents from last month. Which excuse do you go with?
1 Some refineries going from winter blend to summer blend, and its still winter.
2. Hess refinery in N.J supplies 7.4 % of product now closing for good.
3. Mid winter refinery operations closed for maintenance
4. More jobs are surfacing requiring more travel.
Wise planning by oil companies to shut refineries down creates the problem of less gas to produce and prices to soar. Greed overtakes sensible customer services. Many of us cannot afford new cars, to fight this yet. And those prices on cars are high too.
