Prices are slowly, very slowly drifting down, a penny here, 2ยข there. Why do I feel violated? $91.83 for a barrel of oil this morning. My feeling is that the speculators got us again. They got rich on our pain at the pump. This has been going on for too long. The speculators have to be leashed.
