We think $3.85 is expensive, just saw on TV that in the new budget presented today, the Navy is spending $150,000,000 on "green" biofuels at $26/gallon. I think they normally use Bunker C which is the cheapest form of oil product. I know we recently kept an aircraft carrier in port becasue it was too expensive for fuel.
