I sometimes wonder how much "someone" is making on gas sales. The Safeway in Concord, CA is selling gas for $3.62. The lowest price anywhere near there is about $3.83. That is more than $.20 higher. Many are over $3.92. That's $.30 higher. Assuming Safeway is not loosing money there is a large profit difference for "someone"...
Gas is a commodity. It costs about the same to manufacture for everyone. Clearly "someone" is making a lot more than others.
