And who told you we wouldn't have harsh winters anymore?

This was after a few mild winters in the 2000 decade. They were wrong of course. This last Jan was the coldest month in this century. I think deciding on propane production has to be done many months prior to it's usage. We have artificial shortages after hurricanes here in Florida. In 2003, we had whole truckloads of portable generators coming in and selling for double the normal price. Following years we had people ordering them for stock and taking years to sell them.
