Oil workers in ND are average over $85,000 per year. Much of the gas being flared off at the well head is hydrogen sulfide not methane. When it become economically feasible to recoup it, it will happen. That is how the market works. Excess natural gas will be compressed and exported. Many large companies are world wide. That is the way it is. Caterpillar sells 2/3's of it equipment overseas. 2 of every 3 GM cars are made overseas. This is no longer you Daddy's world. Companies and industries that recognize change and adapt survive. Those that don't, fail.
