LR, Most of the jobs in ND are boom town with a short future also the cost of living in that place is nuts. I recall something as to what a McD person was making and it wasn't min wage by a long shot. Besides living in ND equals being on an oil rig, pretty sad.
Oil companies are foreign except a couple they do take their profits home. GM is an American company and yes they take the profits home. I like Gm far more than BP. BTW I toss companies out of my portfolio if I don't like their model, like WalMart.
