RV Fuel Issues & Prices - Post 'Em Here!

Diesel 3.61 gas at 2.95 South shore Al.
I find most gas stations here don't have the keeper on the dispenser so for you to do an auto fill you force the gas cap in to hold the pump on. I guess they don't trust folks down here to know how to fill a tank!

$3.05 to $3.09 in Duluth, MN. Diesel is $3.89 to $3.99. If this continues gasoline prices could be below $3.00 before the end of the year.

The largest grocery store chain in Florida (Publix) is having a $50 gas card for $40 when you buy $50 worth of groceries which we buy anyway. No limits on other coupons, but one gas card per customer. That's like getting 20% off. We sure went for it as we shop there a lot anyway. Regular is $3.16/gal so this is a great savings.

$3.19 gas and $3.89 Diesel in Harvey, ND.

Shell 87/93 is $3.12/$3.44 today. Diesel still $3.80+ for some reason.
Topped off F700 tank with 87 pure gas at a market next to Shell at $3.37
It serves as a back up generator gas tank so I prefer pure gas since it ages slower. Prefer 93 octane but it is only a bulk tank now if I want pure uncut gas.

Flyover County Alberta - retail approx $3.78/US gallon regular gas $4.30/US gallon diesel.

One reason fuel is so high are wages they are willing to pay workers starting at the ground level. My Son in Law just got offered a job working in the oil fields in virginia,gauranted $6000.00 dollars a month, plus $300.00 per day, when they work on a rig. He has no experiance on a rig at all! Those wages are just rediculous.

Not sure how to answer ya LR, but they are any other corporation they do try to make as much money as they can and lately they seem to be doing a good job of it. A little late IMO with all the mergers that have happened the past ten years or so there is now so much foreign owners involved since they were the ones investing tons of money to upgrade facilities to process there oil.

Around here you can get gas from 2.95 to 3.15 and diesel from 3.69 to 3.79.

Would you believe it, one station has dropped their regular gasoline price to $3.09? At this rate we'll be darn close to $3.00 a gallon by the new year. Of course, diesel is still almost a dollar more (can you spell "ripoff?").
