I live in Utah and there is so much to see within a 2 day drive of my house we really do not need to take long trips. However, we had to take the coach back to Indiana and when we picked it up, we saw friends in Florida. The key is to break the trip up. Drive for a day or two, and then take a break and see some sights. Do not put on a lot of miles each day. Yes, it takes longer but you enjoy the trip much more.
